Kaffir Lime Leaves

Kaffir Lime leaves are widely used in Southeast Asian cuisine such as Cambodian "Kroeung" and a must have garnish for Cambodian “Amok”. It is the rich and pungent qualities of Kaffir Lime leaves that make numerous Southeast Asian dishes zesty and flavorful. They can be used fresh or dried, and can be stored frozen.
Kaffir Lime (Citrus hystrix) is a thorny bush, with aromatic, distinctively shaped "double" leaves and small bumpy green fruit.
Kaffir Lime leaves are a key ingredient in Apsara’s Lemongrass Paste. The leaves provide a natural green color and bring out unique aroma and flavor.
